Welcome to the 4TH Annual Louisiana Country Dance Hayride!
At this event you will experience great food, fun, and, of course, dancing. Included this year are competitions and workshops for Pro am, Pro Pro, Team, Couples, Line Dancing, Pro Am Swing, Hustle, Salsa, Jack and Jill, and a division for pre-NewComers. There will be plenty of open dancing throughout.
The Fourth Annual Louisiana Country Dance Hayride will be held in Alexandria, Louisiana on the weekend of APRIL 29-39 - MAY 1, 2011. It is a sanctioned American Country Dance Association (ACDA) event which qualifies a competitor for Nationals.
We have a crawfish boil planned for Friday night and a very special meal (Taste of Louisiana) on Saturday night, followed by an awesome variety show. CASH PRIZES TOTALING $1,500.00 will be awarded for top male and female instructor in pro am and SPECIAL PRIZES will be offered for top pro am male student and female student.
